1. The Brain: Notion (Free)
This is where you live. It handles your tasks, your CRM (Client Relationship Management), your content planning, and your finances.
Why: It is infinitely customisable.
The System: The Q1 Income OS is built entirely inside Notion. You duplicate it, and it’s yours.
2. The Sales Rep: Loom (Free)
Stop writing long emails. Send videos.
Strategy: When a potential client asks a question, I record a 60-second Loom video answering it while showing my screen. It builds trust faster than text ever could.
3. The Bank: Stripe (Free to start)
Do not send bank details. It looks amateur.
Strategy: Send a Stripe payment link. It looks professional, and you get paid instantly.
The Lesson You don’t need a fancy website. You don’t need a logo. You don’t need paid ads. You need a System (Notion), a Voice (Loom), and a way to get paid (Stripe).
