• The Armrests: While they are adjustable (up/down), they don’t have that super-premium “soft touch” feel you get on ultra-luxury chairs. They are a bit firmer than I expected.

The idea of “Sales” makes most people feel sick. We imagine we have to become that person—the one sliding into DMs with aggressive pitches, using fake enthusiasm, and annoying strangers.

If that’s what you think sales is, you are right to be scared. That approach is terrible. It gets you blocked, ignored, and hated.

The Problem with Cold DMs Most people send messages like this:

“Hey! I see you have a business. I can do your marketing for £500/month. Do you want to buy?”

This is asking for marriage on the first date. It’s presumptuous and annoying.

The Solution: The “Soft Opener” Instead of asking for money, ask for permission to provide value. You aren’t selling; you are helping.

You cannot help everyone.

• Bad: “I help businesses.”

• Good: “I help Estate Agents.”

2. The “Pain” (Problem)

What keeps them awake at night?

• Bad: “I do email marketing.”

• Good: “I revive dead leads from open houses.”

3. The “Mechanism” (Your Skill)

How do you do it?

• Bad: “Using my computer.”

• Good: “Using a 3-part email sequence.”

The Power Offer Formula

Combine them into one sentence:

“I help [Niche] to [Solve Pain] using [Mechanism].”

Example: “I help Estate Agents to book more viewings using automated email follow-ups.”

Why this is worth £500

If you charge hourly, you are a commodity. If you sell the result (”More viewings”), you are an investment.

If that Estate Agent sells one extra house because of your emails, they make £5,000. Paying you £500 is a no-brainer.
